Our History

Riegel Transportation, Inc. was started in 1987 by President Robert J Riegel in a single office in Bohemia, New York. Without a single loading dock, the early days of RTI were spent loading freight in the parking lot of our rented office space. Today some 20 years later Riegel Transportation, Inc. employs over 100 people in three separate locations across Long Island providing world-class service to all our valued customers.
